We had a great trip with our family, and Michael was an excellent Turo host! The vehicle was clean, spacious, and perfect for our trip. Pick up and Drop-off was super easy, and communication with Michael was excellent from start to finish. We also really appreciated the prepaid post-trip car wash, which was such a nice added perk!
Would definitely rent from Michael again. Great host and a great experience! 🚗😊

The van was very nice and drove great overall. My only complaints were with the pickup and fuel level. I scheduled the vehicle for 10:00 AM, but the host arrived right at 10:00 and still needed to take his pre-trip photos, so the vehicle wasn’t completely ready at the scheduled pickup time. I feel that could have been done a few minutes beforehand. Also, the gas tank was only a little above half full instead of full, which makes it difficult to return the vehicle at the exact same fuel level without either putting in too much gas or risking a fuel charge. Other than those issues, the van itself was great.
