The van was good, did have a smell from previous guest that the host did give me a heads up on, I appreciated that but it was quite strong.
The brakes were a little squeaky and AC could be charged but otherwise served us well-

The A/C system in the Chrysler Pacifica works a bit differently than some other vehicles. To maintain a consistently cool temperature, the “A” button (auto start/stop override) needs to be engaged. This keeps the engine from cycling off and ensures the A/C continues blowing cold air without interruption.
We’ll make sure to highlight this more clearly for future guests so the experience is as comfortable as possible.

I wanted to provide some context regarding the pickup experience. Terminal 3 at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is currently under construction nightly from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. During this time, there is no direct shuttle service to the parking lot, which is making pickup less convenient. Unfortunately, this is due to airport construction and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

The van worked great, the only drawback was we had to take a shuttle to the vehicle which was not made aware of prior to booking. We had a ton of luggage and had we of known this and we would have picked a different option.
Thank you for your feedback. This airport only uses designated off-site parking area for vehicle pickups which does require a short shuttle ride. This information was provided at time of booking in which you are able to make any changes/ cancel with no fee. Again sorry for any inconvenience.
