First time ever doing a car rental and it went as smooth as ever! Anthony responded with quickness when we had questions and communicated well. The van was very nice and clean we had absolutely no problems. Our trip was great using this van! Definitely would rent again.

The van was good, did have a smell from previous guest that the host did give me a heads up on, I appreciated that but it was quite strong.
The brakes were a little squeaky and AC could be charged but otherwise served us well-

The A/C system in the Chrysler Pacifica works a bit differently than some other vehicles. To maintain a consistently cool temperature, the “A” button (auto start/stop override) needs to be engaged. This keeps the engine from cycling off and ensures the A/C continues blowing cold air without interruption.
We’ll make sure to highlight this more clearly for future guests so the experience is as comfortable as possible.
Good communication with host. Vehicle functioned well and appeared well-maintained.

I wanted to provide some context regarding the pickup experience. Terminal 3 at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is currently under construction nightly from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. During this time, there is no direct shuttle service to the parking lot, which is making pickup less convenient. Unfortunately, this is due to airport construction and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
