Everything was perfect from start to finish. I am super picky, and this car easily exceeded my cleanliness standards. It also drives well and gets great gas mileage. It was easy to locate in the airport parking lot based on pictures and detailed instructions. Communication was excellent. I would highly recommend and will rent this car again if we are back in the area.

This was the first time I have used TURO. The process was so slick and easy. I will be using TURO again when I travel. My brother-in-law recommended this app to me. What I loved about it was how many car options we had to choose from for the Phoenix airport, and that the total price you pay is shown. There are no extra fees or taxes on top of what your quote is.

Car was perfect for running around town. No issues at all and very clean. Pickup location was right next to sky station but a little hard to tell where to go due to alot of privacy fencing along of it. They were extremely accommodating when I failed to read closely that the parking was only open from 7am-6 and I had my flight set for 5:50am. I reached out at 3:30 am for what to do and unbelievably someone responded almost right away, permitting me to park at the airport garage at my expense. I was extremely grateful!! Would definitely rent from them again!

First time using TURO! Jonathan made the trip easy and communicated well/often. The NISSAN KICKS was an awesome car. I rented it for 5 days and took it around the valley to show my parents around (it was their first time visiting Arizona). The car was perfect for what we needed, got great gas mileage, and drove well. Would rent again!!!

Great communication from the host. Car was in pretty good condition for what it is, which is why I’m rating it 5 stars, but do remember that a Nissan Versa is a Nissan Versa (unlike me). I would have liked adaptive cruise control and a heated steering but of course you can’t expect that at this price point.

This was my first real experience driving the Nissan ARIYA, and it was spectacular. The vehicle itself is an outstanding EV—smooth, quiet, refined, and very enjoyable to drive. The acceleration is controlled and effortless, regenerative braking quickly becomes intuitive, and the overall ride is calm and comfortable. After spending time with it, it’s easy to understand why people enjoy electric vehicles so much. The TURO host, Owais, was excellent as well. They took the time to walk me through the vehicle and explain some of the operating features, which made the experience much better and allowed me to fully appreciate the car. Communication was easy, pickup and return were smooth, and everything was exactly as described. Overall, a fantastic rental experience with a great host and a truly impressive vehicle. I would absolutely rent again.
