I stopped at a gas station 10 min after my trip started & got back into the vehicle & it wouldnt start. Had to get it towed & swapped into another vehicle but I still gave 5 stars because LA AUTO SPOT always comes through for me!!

I never leave a negative review, but this rental was ridiculous from start to finish. It shook terribly from 65 mph and up, it had zero windshield wiper fluid, the inside was not thoroughly cleaned, the A/C would randomly stop working, and it desperately needs an oil change. After dropping it off, the instructions said to leave the gas where it was when you picked it up. It was not full when I picked it up (I took a picture), it was almost at half but they still charged me to fill it and a $10 inconvenience fee. My guess is they do this, and then don't fill them, just to make an extra 50 bucks. I have never had a positive experience with these third party companies, but I was desperate for a vehicle after I couldn't extend the days with my other one. I would not rent from this company again.
