Great rental, only thing is the horn didn’t work. You never realize how important it is until you don’t have it.

Car was clean enough, the horn did not work. The volume knob was broken and the AC in the rear of the vehicle is pitiful. A black roof and and the phoenix heat means the AC has a tuff job but even at full fan speed it barely blows and what does isn’t really cool at all.
That being said, the van drives great. The sound system works and it was decent on gas given its massive size.
Pick up and drop off was easy and I did ask the host about the AC wondering if I was doing anything wrong and he said that he tried to get it fixed so it just doesn’t work very well.
