The host did send a video ahead of time, which was a thoughtful gesture — but it was a generic Tesla overview that covered specs, body design, and internals rather than the practical, day-one stuff a renter actually needs. A custom 5–10 minute video focused specifically on setting up your driver profile, dialing in comfort preferences, and getting moving quickly would be infinitely more useful. Something tailored to this car and this rental experience, not a broad Tesla introduction you'd find on YouTube. A simple FAQ or a few annotated screenshots covering things like Supercharger use (and a note that charging costs are handled through Turo so there's no surprise billing) would dramatically reduce friction for first-time or infrequent Tesla renters. The pickup location itself was fine, but the same white-glove principle applies here too. A small but impactful detail: simply letting renters know to look for the red van marked "Pre-Flight," including the parking garage phone number, and providing clear step-by-step instructions to call ahead and let them know you're ready for pickup would eliminate all guesswork. I ended up spending unplanned time researching a process that the host could have explained in two sentences. Removing those friction points — the confusion, the research, the uncertainty — is exactly what separates a good rental from a memorable one. Had a great experience renting this Tesla Model 3. The car was clean, drove great, and made the trip smooth and easy. The owner was very helpful, responsive, and easy to work with the whole time. Really enjoyed the car. Never drove a Tesla so it was a learning experience. With the gas prices it definitely saved us money driving this electric vehicle. Only thing I noticed is the battery would die faster depending how you drove the car and what you had running such as AC. But i definitely would choose this car again for staying local when traveling! Host was also amazing and responded instantly when I sent a message. Car was super clean and instructions were very clear. Thank you!

It was my first time renting a Cybertruck, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. This truck is a serious upgrade from driving a Tesla Model 3 or Y. The futuristic design, power, and especially the steering are absolutely next-level. It handles like nothing I’ve ever driven before. The truck was spotless, charged, and incredibly easy to operate—even for a first-time driver. Justin was an outstanding host. He made sure we understood all the features before we hit the road and stayed in touch throughout the trip to ensure everything was going well. His communication was clear, helpful, and professional. Pickup at the Phoenix Airport couldn’t have been easier. Justin even provided a custom map to the Cyber Truck’s location in the East Economy lot. I spotted it right away from the airport tram—it was waiting and ready to go. The return process was just as smooth. I highly recommend renting from Justin if you're looking for a unique, head-turning, and seamless experience. Highly recommend anyone who wants to rent a big car with lots of room and clean car.

We had such an amazing experience renting this Tesla for our Arizona trip! Traveling with a 5-month-old can be a little unpredictable, but this car made everything so much smoother and more comfortable for our family. The Tesla was spotless, well-maintained, and super easy to use—even for first-time Tesla drivers. The smooth ride was perfect for keeping our baby calm (he even napped so well in it!), and the climate control was a huge plus in the Arizona heat. We also loved how quiet and spacious it felt, which made a big difference on longer drives. The host was fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and made pickup and drop-off completely seamless. Everything was exactly as described (if not better). We would absolutely rent this Tesla again and highly recommend it to anyone, especially families traveling with little ones. It truly made our trip more enjoyable and stress-free!

Communication was clear and occured regularly throughout the entire process. Instructional videos were extremely easy to follow, though some may have difficulty copying the address and pasting it into an address bar (I imagine links just working in Turo chat). I also wish Tesla Premium Connectivity was available to enjoy not only Apple Music or Spotify, but also GROK Ai (probably the coolest and most helpful Tesla feature, specifically when traveling). But overall 4.8 Stars, rounding up to 5 for the official rating. Ben was great. Car was great. And is always soo much better than any rental car service. Turo will forever be my go-to for finding affordable and enjoyable vehicles while traveling.

Benjamin was an excellent host, and the 2026 Tesla Model Y was absolutely amazing. The vehicle was clean, smooth, and a pleasure to drive, and the Full Self-Driving feature made the experience even better. I had no issues at all during the trip. Benjamin was very accommodating, informative, and communicative throughout the entire process. He even allowed me to pick up the vehicle two days earlier than my original reservation, which I really appreciated. Overall, this was such a great experience that I’m seriously considering getting another Tesla myself. Thank you again, Benjamin, for providing such an amazing vehicle while my dad was visiting Arizona. Highly recommend and would absolutely rent from him again.
