Amazing host, flexible and accommodating, very fast and fun car to drive. Super clean.

Initially everything was going well with host. He met me at the airport and we went over everything as I took pictures of the vehicle. A couple days later I got rash on the wheel and sent him a message immediately to inform him (with a photo). Although I wasn’t available to speak to him right away after that occurred, I communicated to him that I would respond to his message later because I had a tournament to play in. I told him I would pay for the repair as well. He later sent me an invoice and charged $60 more than what the repair cost. I had to do my own digging to discover this. Please be cautious when dealing with this host. When I rented this car, the app stated that I was the first person and he was new on Turo. I’m not sure if he is going by other aliases, but renter BEWARE.
The wheel damage was identified and promptly reported while the renter initially acknowledged it, they became non-responsive for approximately two weeks despite multiple follow-up attempts.
A repair invoice from a reputable repair company was provided; however ,Samantha refused to pay .It wasn’t until I informed her that a claim would be opened through Turo that she resumed communication.
I Strive to handle matters fairly and transparently , but timely communication is essential.
