Awesome renter
This was my first Turo experience. My rental car was perfect for my time in Arizona. Great on gas mileage! The location of vehicle pickup was convenient with airport shuttle service. I had positive interactions with the host. When in Arizona, I would rent GitCar again 🙂

Very interesting review. Guest was obviously looking for a bargain which the value on this vehicle is exceptional. Maintenance is always performed. As the guest stated very reliable vehicle. Guest price point versus what they want to rent may be out of line. It happens when people are looking for a bargain. We’re very familiar with the saying of wanting to buy a diamond but only want to pay for coal. Finally, customer had a difficult time following specific and detailed instructions.

The car quality was less than I expected. There was definitely plenty wear and tear. However, we were able to make it to all our destinations fine and I was able to receive quick responses.

Overall, good renter. However, their end of trip survey seems to be out of sync with their trip experience. There are no upholstery stains in this vehicle whatsoever as the vehicle interior is black. Also, we checked the vehicle in and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the brakes, no sounds and no played with the brake pedal. We attribute this to them not being familiar with driving this make and model of vehicle.
