Convertible rental at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)

Vincent was kind and attentive. Answered every question I had, from arrival at PHX to heading towards the rental. There is a small fee to pay for getting the rental out the lot, just like any other airport parking garages, it’s based off of time. Make sure you plan efficiently from your plane landing to pick up time. We easily found everything and had no issues picking up the vehicle. Only paid $9 to get out the lot and was immediately reimbursed. Vehicle was great and reliable. We did a lot of hiking and off roading which was awesome and handy. I will say towards the end of the trip we did notice the lock on the passenger side was not working which was a safety concern for myself and guests. I immediately messaged Vincent and he apologized for the inconvenience and said he’d get that checked out. The speakers sound a bit muffled and not clear but it wasn’t a big deal for us , we still were vibing and having fun! The CarPlay would choose when to work, but I enjoyed it when it came to maps. Obviously a Jeep is a heavy set vehicle so it takes some effort to make it go over 60mph, and gas was about $60 for a full tank. Nonetheless we enjoyed our rental! Thanks.

Pickup was quick and hassle-free, and Gio went above and beyond assisting with all my questions with outstanding quick response time 24/7. The vehicle was spotless, well-maintained, and drove like it was brand new. It was exactly as advertised, and I appreciated the attention to detail—from the cleanliness to the full tank of gas and the excellent condition of the car. What really stood out was the customer service. Gio was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about providing a great experience. He answered all of my questions (especially when it came to navigating the dumpster fire of TURO customer service, ) made the process seamless, and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another reservation. Returning the vehicle was just as easy as pickup, with no hidden fees, surprises, or unnecessary delays. It’s refreshing to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again and will absolutely recommend them to family, friends, and anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and stress-free car rental experience. Phenomenal car, excellent host. I drive a Porsche Boxster S at home, and I wanted to try something similar but different during my trip in Phoenix. The z4 m40i is a rare find on Turo, and it is arguably one of the best light weight sports cars of the past few years. It made for amazing top down cruising in the mornings and evenings, and a surprisingly quiet and comfortable experience with the top up during the hottest times of day. The car never missed a beat and was a ton of fun. It could use some minor touch ups cosmetically, but mechanically it was perfect. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience. I’ve rented about 100 cars on Turo and never have had such an amazing rental process. This host goes above and beyond. A rock hit the windshield and cracked it while I was driving. I was expecting a lot to pay out of pocket but ended up only having to pay 50$! The host even offered to split the cost with me to bring it down to 25. He also gave me a free ride at the beginning and end of the trip. The car was super nice and fun to drive!

This was the perfect car for our girls trip!! a convertible with red interior and white exterior is definitely girl coated! The only downside is that there’s like a little to no trunk space so I had to put my luggage in the backseat and I am an over packer, but it was only two of us and we made it work. Just keep that in mind if you’re going on an a trip, but it was amazing!

Overall this was a fun little car, and I enjoyed my trip. Instructions from the hosts were clear and made it pretty easy to get to the car and return it.

Car was in decent shape given the amount of trips it has had. Lots of fun to drive. Just a shame it rained most of our trip
