Car was in great condition minus a few exterior scratches noted prior to rental. Amount of instructions was excessive, wrong code given to unlock key box and unfortunately, I went on Avis’ website to rent a car and was somehow routed to Turo. Not sure what happened there just beware you’re on the correct rental site before agreeing. Response time from Turo team was great regarding all issues.

Second I had with this host and this was terribly disappointing. I almost was told by Turo there was no other car to rent due to no other make/model equivalent. I did everything right as a customer and this experience almost ended bad.
