Communication with the host was solid. The car, however, could use a good interior detail. The door wells were dirty, which results in dirty clothes as you get in and out of the car. Info entertainment area appeared to be wiped down with a dirty damp cloth. Also, the inspection due notice/light was on from the beginning of our trip. The car also smells of cheap air freshener. I understand that this is becoming a common thing with Turo hosts. Still not something that I appreciate when renting higher end autos.

The car returned from a prior trip shortly before your reservation, and while we worked quickly to prepare it, we clearly missed some details. I’ll address the cleaning concerns with my team. Regarding the service light, the vehicle was recently serviced, so the shop likely did not reset the reminder properly. Overall, the vehicle had no mechanical issues during your trip.

The car was in excellent condition and drove great. The host was very accommodating, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and hassle free. Pickup and drop-off were quick and easy. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely rent from this host again.

Car was reasonably clean, and pick up and drop off or easy. But the emergency brake and cruise control malfunctioned throughout the entire trip
