This was by far the BEST rental experience I've had!! Not only was the Highlander perfect, the host, Greg was superb! We were hit with a sudden shop visit for my Subaru that put me in a position where I wouldnt be able to go to work. My family could not handle me not working as it is the holidays and with today's economy, it wouldnt be feasible. Greg was not only prompt in his responses he was able to give some relief to my wife within regards to her not having to wake up at 2am to drive me to work, an hour away. Go home get kiddo ready for school and then go to work herself. He was willing to work with us. We are very appreciative of his kindness and empathy. Thank you Greg, from the Shihady's. Your generosity is truly appreciated!! We will definitely only use Greg and his vehicles for future rentals!!
