The Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 was spectacular! The vehicle was luxurious, comfortable, and a pleasure to drive. It was in excellent condition and made the entire trip even better. The host was also fantastic, friendly, professional, and great to communicate with. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would absolutely rent this vehicle again and highly recommend both the car and the host!

We had a great time phx and enjoyed using this car and that magnificent moon roof!

Communication with host was great, pick up was easy, interior of car was very dirty. Thankfully I had lysol wipes and wiped everything down. Looks like floor mats are the only thing vacuumed because crumbs were everywhere. Also a strange smell to the car for only being a year old.

Thank you for your feedback, but we are slightly confused as nothing was mentioned during your trip and looking at photos you documented some scratches on the lower portion of the driver door in the plastic panel, which unfortunately can happen due to people using their feet to open the door.
We are always driving to better our process, though if you do not mind reaching out to us and letting us know specifically what was dirty so that we can actually address issues with our team.
Excellent vehicle for our trip. Cools off very quickly even in the heat of Arizona. Very comfortable.
