Kia rental in Renton, WA

Great car, super clean, easy to get to pickup (I chose this over picking up at the airport garage because the airport charges a fee to park) very close to the sea-tac airport light rail station (though if you have kids and they're carrying luggage it's up a hill and it might become the trail of tears 😅-it is very safe walking though, all sidewalk) The car was exceptionally clean! We wanted to rent this to test drive it on our vacation since we're in the market for a new van. Love through turo (and especially though this host) they have many options you can't get at the airport rental counter, ie: Kia carnival, Honda Odyssey, etc. Our host was very easy to reach for any questions. Thank you!! We'll definitely rent from you again next time!!

The car is a nice car, real smooth! My wife now wants to trade in our 2016 Kia optima for the new k5. I didn’t have to talk to the host about anything, everything was laid out pretty simple and there was no problems with the car! Definitely rent for our next trip if available

Best Turo experience ever! The whole experience from start to finish is actually a concierge type of experience. Host is extremely on top of everything from instant responses, communications of important good to knows, ability to go above and beyond to cater to my pickup needs, and even providing me with important infos as a local. Car itself is almost brand new with very low mileage and it runs smooth, not to mention the cost effective gas saving as an SUV! I even dropped a tip to appreciate how wonderful of an experience I had!

Perfect car! Comfortable, clean, and superior gas mileage! It was relatively easy and simple to pickup the car after landing at the SeaTac airport. All I had to do was take the Link Rail from the airport to the car's location. Clear directions, she even sent us a pic of where it was parked! Everything went smoothly. :) ~~~ Here are some highlights from my personal experience with the Kia Optima Hybrid: Pros: - Looks exactly like pictures, super super clean outside AND inside! Probably the cleanest Turo I've ever rented and that's saying a lot because it's a white car and probably hard to keep this clean! - Clear directions of the whole plan to get the car. Sent a photo of where it was parked closer to the time of arrival, so it was easy to find. - Compared to other cars, actually good legroom in the backseat! Which is partially why I got it, so my sisters could continue getting dressed on the way to our event if needed. - Sunroof was cool! No explanation needed! :) - Crazy good gas mileage because it's a hybrid! We drove to Ashford, WA and back for my best friend's Wedding (~160mi total) and it only used 1/4th of the tank and it only costed $27 to refill it! :D Cons: - A/C wasn't cold. Don't know if it's user error because I'm not used to driving a hybrid/modern car or what, but we tried everything we could and couldn't get it to blow cold air. It blew some air, but it was mostly warm. Luckily it wasn't too hot but there were a few times where I had to take off my shirt on the drive back because I was so hot. So not recommended for a hot summer day where you really need the A/C, but otherwise a really great car! Potentially the car just needs to be touched up with a bit of refrigerant/coolant! :) This should be an easy fix but just mentioning because it wasn't cold for my specific trip. - Scary getting the key from the lockbox in the back of the trunk. This is mostly my own personal gripe, because I startle at loud sounds. Getting the key from the trunk at the start of the trip, sucked for me because as I opened the trunk it started beeping really loudly as if I was stealing the car. I wish I had at least known to expect that. Getting the key would have been fine and easy, if I could have found the lockbox earlier. Unfortunately for me, the lockbox was black in a black trunk, so it took me a bit to find it, and so it continued to beep for a long time while I found where it was. But the process was pretty simple once I knew where the lockbox was, so maybe it's just user error again on my part. [I actually just rechecked the message with instructions for the lockbox, and it actually does say it's on the trunk lid, so I guess I just missed that word when looking at it. I think I got stressed when the car alarm went off and it made it harder for me to focus and read the instructions more clearly. Anyways that part is my bad. I still wish I had known it was going to beep in advance until I got the keys though!] - Car was a bit...slippery? Not a big deal, but my sisters told me that the car was very slippery and almost fell a couple times getting out of it. I also felt the same but thought I was imagining it or making a bigger deal than it actually was, until they mentioned it too. Just something to note about the car. :) ~~~ Overall, I loved our rental and would absolutely rent it again in the future if ever possible. Everything was great! Clean car! Heated cooled seats , heated steering wheel great MPG 40 , all the comfort creatures for a great price ! Car was mechanically sound

The Kia was a great choice for 4 ladies with too much luggage! Pickup was a breeze and the car performance have no problems. The added cooler kept our water child. Communication was prompt. 5 stars!

Easy pickup and drop off! Located next to bus stop. Great hosts and great car! My only complaint is that the Bluetooth worked for calls but not for media. Will rent from again! These folks are some of the best people to rent from! Which is why I keep coming back!

26 Kia K4 hatch. Car was clean and ready to go. Pick up process was quick and easy and so was return. Only downside is nothing on Oleg. If returning to the SeaTac parking garage be sure to fill up a few miles before you get there. Once there a gas station is a hassle to find.

Great car excellent gas mileage clean driveability. Got me throughout Seattle and the outskirts with zero issues. Would rent it again in a heartbeat.

My family and I had a great time during our trip with this Kia Sportage Hybrid! It’s a great car with a lot of safety features and a good pick if you’re traveling with a family of four. Pick up and drop off instructions were very easy to follow.
