We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Yride. We did run into a mechanical issue with our original van during the trip, but they handled it incredibly well from start to finish. They were responsive, understanding, accommodating, and made the whole situation as easy as possible for us. They quickly got us into a wonderful Ford Transit for the rest of the trip, were extremely generous with add-ons, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Honestly one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. I would absolutely rent from them again and can’t recommend them enough. Five stars all the way.

Had a great experience renting from Trinity! The 2024 Ford Explorer was clean, comfortable, spacious, and drove great. It was perfect for getting around with the family. We rented a van for a large group traveling from Wisconsin, and the experience was excellent. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and reliable, making a long trip much easier for everyone. We also added car seats to the rental, and they were in great condition and worked perfectly for our needs. The host was kind and professional, and the rental process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. We truly appreciated how easy everything was and would highly recommend this van/rental company for anyone needing dependable transportation for a group.

This was such an awesome van for our group of 11 and all of our luggage. We picked up at the airport and toured Seattle / Mt Rainer for a day before we got on an Alaskan cruise. Our host was so easy to work with and communication was excellent. There was bottled water and candy up front for the driver as well as a couple umbrellas in the back. There was also a step stool for the side door. And this was the cleanest van. It was like picking up a new car from the car lot. So much space. So clean. Great communication. This met all our needs.

My family and I rented a 2023 Ford Transit for a few days in Seattle, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The van was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and in outstanding condition—it truly drove like it was brand new. The host was very accommodating and responsive, promptly answering any questions we had throughout the rental process. We took a trip to Leavenworth with no issues at all. Upon pickup, the vehicle was clean, smelled fresh, and was clearly well cared for. The pickup and drop-off instructions were clear and straightforward, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. If my family and I are ever in the Seattle area again, we would definitely rent from them again.

The Ford is a great sized smaller SUV. Plenty of cargo space and leg room while also being compact enough to feel comfortable driving in heavy Seattle traffic. Nice navigation system and sound system . Owner was very responsive to communication. Pick up and drop off were easy as could be. The car comes with a pass which made taking toll roads between Seattle and Olympic National Park easy. The cooler was also a nice add-on! Perfect size for making a few sandwiches and drinks for a day out and about, (not big enough for several days worth of groceries for camping) Got stuck in very heavy traffic back to Sea Tac, was concerned I would not make it back in time for my reservations end or flight, ended up not having time to fill car with gas. Reached out and owner was very understanding and immediately lowered my stress level. Made our flight in time. I definitely recommend and will rent again when back in the area!

The car was a mechanically sound and a good durable truck for basic working around the house and picking supplies up at the home store.

The van was very clean and easily assessivle when we arrived. We rented a cooler as well and it was clean and large enough for all our needs. The van was in great shape and the pickup was seamless as we were able to pick it up at the airport. This was my first chance to drive a Ford Transit van. Our family has owned two Ford E350 vans, one that was retired with over 300,000 miles. I didn’t think anything could please me as much as the E350 but I was really impressed with this van. I’d definitely rent this van again

The car was perfect for our group of 8 with a lot of luggage. We were able to explore Mount Rainier national park with no issues. Pick up and drop off was super easy! We went rent this van and use this company again! Oh and each seat had a USB outlet for charging!

Troy was great. Very responsive and checked in to see how things were going. The car was in good condition. Had a minor issue but he was right on top of getting it addressed. I would rent from him again!
