Host was very lovely, they made our trip a great experience. Pickup location was in a safe and good place, it was easily accessible and instructions were thorough making the rental process easy. They were very accommodating and flexible with time. Car was clean and well taken care of. Overall a wonderful experience!

Beware: This car does not a working air conditioner. The host bypassed Turo's vehicle quality standards by hiding a text disclosure deep under 'Additional Features' stating the car has no AC. This is a modern car where climate control is a standard safety and mechanical expectation, not a vintage vehicle.
The pick up and return of the car went fine and the car was clean. I can’t give this trip more than an average rating as I suffered in 90 degree temperatures in eastern Washington.

It’s called being transparent about the condition of the vehicle. We are very honest and transparent with the vehicles we have listed. We priced it accordingly as well. Putting a disclosure on the car with its condition is literally the exact opposite of hiding it.
