Rental process was very easy and the airport pickup was exceedingly convenient. The car was perfectly acceptable and drove well. I would definitely rent again. Only caveat to be aware of: if you select the airport pickup option, you will have to pay the one-day parking fee (about $35 for me); would have been nice to know this up front. Still enjoyed the rental.

The van was great for the six of us. It did have a few issues starting at first but it wasn't an engine problem, we think it couldn't recognize that the key fab was in the car. It was very frustrating for the first 3 days when it would take 5-10 min to get started. The van was spacious. We loved having a big trunk for our luggage and groceries and hiking gear. We wish the van had been parked at the airport, but the transport to the hotel was really quick! The owner was responsive.
