First-Time Turo Renter – Game Changer! This was my first time using Turo, and I’m genuinely impressed. I fly into Seattle at least once a month and typically go through traditional car rental companies—but this time, I decided to try something different. I rented a BMW through Turo, and it completely changed the experience for me. The host was excellent—very communicative, patient, and walked me through the process since I was new to the platform. The car itself was in great shape, clean, and drove perfectly. What stood out most was how smooth everything was. No long lines, no upselling, and no wasted time at a rental counter. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, and I was on my way in no time. Highly recommend this for anyone tired of the traditional rental runaround. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Great car and everything went smoothly for pickup and return. Responsive host and it was a great car to drive. What you expect for BMW handling and ride but solid on the road- that Xdrive really feels like it’s gripping the road - and smooth and easy to maneuver, especially for being a SUV. Being up higher from the road is nice too for us sedan folks. Thumping Harman Kardon sound system to boot.

The BMW was very clean and we enjoyed the experience for our first time using Turo. They owners had great communication, made the whole process easy and it was way better than traditional rental car companies....all for the same price as a Corolla or Elantra!

Easy pick up, Jj was awesome. Car was in perfect mechanical condition and a ton of fun to drive around with the top off. Super petroleum, super experience. A few minor cosmetic damages gave us a scare when we noticed on the 2nd day but after a second look they were all preexisting and documented in the pictures. 10/10 would rent again

I recently used Turo, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Working with the hosts, Sophia and Jenelle made the whole process smooth, easy, and incredibly convenient. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and had the car spotless and ready to go when I arrived at the airport. The vehicle itself was exactly as described, drove perfectly, and was perfect for my trip. The car has a Toll Tag if needed. I was able to use my AirPlay and Apple Music as well. Definitely a great luxury car to drive! What really stood out was how much more personal and flexible the experience felt compared to traditional rental companies. I saved time, got a better car for a great price, and avoided all the hassle of long lines and hidden fees. I’ll definitely be using Sophia & Jenelle again and will get the BMW 3X if it is available.
