Host was easy to work with and responded promptly to all questions and concerns. Directions, pickup/dropoff and all instructions easy to manage and follow.
However quality of the car is not what I would consider very good. It runs ok but has some issues. First the vehicle has very evidently been smoked in but the owner is masking the smell with air fresheners, the interior is very stained throughout and condition is very rough, the headliner above is falling down, and although owner stated car is cleaned and detailed it is very much not. It appears the cars are cleaned by somebody right there in the parking garage with a quick wipe down and vac job with a battery powered vacuum. To say filthy is not accurate but not a car I wanted to drive and for sure did not want to carry any guest passengers.
The outside the vehicle was superficially cleaned and appeared that it had not been washed thoroughly for some time. The wipers blades were in severely poor condition. It rained on my return to the garage and it was difficult to see and could pose a safety hazard.
Overall I was very displeased with the vehicle. I was on a business trip and it got me to my first destination where I parked it for the entirety of my stay and borrowed a family members car for the rest of my trip. I might would rent from this owner again but I certainly would not rent this car.
