My first time ever using Turo after having some bad experience with other car rental companies in the past like Enterprise and Avis, I have to say the time from initial contact to the end of my trip Charles was very communicative and was able to answer every question I had so I can better understand how Turo worked. The car was spotless at drop off and very comfortable. In the future if I ever need to rent another vehicle I'll definitely be renting from Charles again. 10/10 service and extremely friendly.
BEST car rental experience ever! We felt so pampered with car-door-to-airport-door customer service at a better price than a standard rental agency. Our family members took shuttles and waited in long lines to get their cars from standard services. Using TURO with Ryan we simply grabbed our bags from the carousel and walked out the nearest door to our waiting car where we were greeted with a smile by his colleague standing by our car with the key in her outstretched hand. Plus, the Audi was Amazing. The experience was flawless from start to finish. Five stars!!!!!

This was my first time renting with Turo, and I had some reservations. However, any anxiety was immediately relieved upon meeting Ruben. Pickup (and drop off) were extremely efficient, and Ruben actually took the time to explain the ins and outs of the car so I could travel with confidence as someone who had never driven a Tesla before. He also graciously remained available for the duration of our trip, not that I needed him, since his introduction to the car was so well done. He made such a great impression, and brought a personality to the whole car renting experience that I’m not sure you’d get from any other Turo host, much less if you had rented from one of the big rental companies. Highly, highly recommend if you’re looking for a car in Seattle. I know if I ever find myself looking to rent here again, Ruben would be my go to!!

First-Time Turo Renter – Game Changer! This was my first time using Turo, and I’m genuinely impressed. I fly into Seattle at least once a month and typically go through traditional car rental companies—but this time, I decided to try something different. I rented a BMW through Turo, and it completely changed the experience for me. The host was excellent—very communicative, patient, and walked me through the process since I was new to the platform. The car itself was in great shape, clean, and drove perfectly. What stood out most was how smooth everything was. No long lines, no upselling, and no wasted time at a rental counter. We had a fantastic trip with Hung. The car was smooth, easy to drive, and very clean. Hung was an excellent communicator throughout the process and was available for any questions. I would highly recommend Hung and this car if you are in need of a car rental.
Rental process was very easy and the airport pickup was exceedingly convenient. The car was perfectly acceptable and drove well. I would definitely rent again. Only caveat to be aware of: if you select the airport pickup option, you will have to pay the one-day parking fee (about $35 for me); would have been nice to know this up front. Still enjoyed the rental.
Easy and smooth drop off and pick up process. The host was easy to communicate with and no issues. The car was not pristine, it had a few dings on the outer part of the car and was an older vehicle. However, for the price of the rental and the experience, it was well worth it. Rent from the same person in the same vehicle again with no hesitation.
Pick up from the airport was so easy. No line or bus to the car rental area since the car is parked in general parking at SeaTac for you. Directions to where the car is located are clear and easy to follow. Made our trip enjoyable to not have to worry!
The hosts were exceptional, anytime I had a question they replied within less than 2 minutes. Any confusion was cleared up and the process was extremely smooth and they worked with me on picking up the car by placing it in a location that worked best with me. The vehicle is well maintained has Bluetooth great MPG and the AC works perfectly too. If there is anyone to rent a car from this host is someone I would recommend very strongly.
