My first time ever using Turo after having some bad experience with other car rental companies in the past like Enterprise and Avis, I have to say the time from initial contact to the end of my trip Charles was very communicative and was able to answer every question I had so I can better understand how Turo worked. The car was spotless at drop off and very comfortable. In the future if I ever need to rent another vehicle I'll definitely be renting from Charles again. 10/10 service and extremely friendly.

CJ was prompt to deliver the car to us. The car was spotless and functioned without problem. He also agreed to a contact less return of the car at a motel near the airport. CJ was friendly, courteous and helpful. Great experience!
