The technology was also impressive—Apple CarPlay connected seamlessly, the navigation system was easy to use, and all of the features worked exactly as expected. The pickup process at the Seattle airport was surprisingly simple and convenient. The instructions were clear, communication was prompt, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. I never had to wonder where to go or what to do. The return process was just as easy, making the entire rental experience completely stress-free. We had an excellent experience having selected Carlos and his Mercedes. The car was in tip top condition, comfortable and roomy. Carlos is a great host; very responsive and proactive to ensure we had everything that we needed. He gives very detailed instructions for checking in/out and is available to help if needed. We'll be back again next summer and hope to rent thru Turo and Carlos again!

We rented the 15-passenger Mercedes Sprinter Van for a weekend trip from Seattle to Wenatchee for the Rufus Du Sol concerts at Gorge Amphitheatre (Jun.5-7), and it was absolutely perfect. With a group of 15 friends traveling together, comfort and reliability were a huge priority, and this van exceeded all expectations. The Sprinter was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable for the drive. There was plenty of room for everyone and our belongings, making the trip stress-free and enjoyable. The vehicle drove smoothly, had excellent fuel efficiency for its size, and made the entire experience feel more like a luxury road trip than a rental. Pickup and drop-off were seamless, and the communication throughout the rental process was outstanding. Having everyone travel together added so much to the weekend, and the Sprinter became part of the experience itself. Between the winery stop, the concerts, and all the memories made along the way, this rental helped make an unforgettable weekend even better. Highly recommend to anyone planning a group trip, concert weekend, wedding shuttle, wine tour, or special event. We’ll definitely be renting again! 10/10 experience. I booked a stunning black Mercedes SUV, and couldn’t be more pleased. It was in beautiful condition, very clean and shiny. I was provided clear instructions (and options) for getting to and accessing the car. The couple of times I questions, I got an immediate response. Will use again next time I’m in Seattle!

Had a great week in Seattle with this SUV. I felt comfortable booking with InStyle motors knowing this is their small business, and knowing it’s women-owned I knew I could expect great service and quality. This Mercedes is comfy, spacious, easy to drive, and was very clean. I appreciated the phone charging cable, apple car play, and there was even a little pouch with bandaids and floss in the glove compartment. Doing airport pickup and drop off is really the best part of using Turo, (especially at SeaTac where you have to take a shuttle to a rental car lot. ) so I was thankful for the at option. Absolutely a delight to rent Tadehs Mercedes Benz, the perfect car for exploring Washington's beautiful nature. Tadeh is the kindest most accomodating host I have met in years of renting from Turo. His communication and his professionalism when above and beyond. I will be booking with him again next year!

The car had plenty of space and power, and overall we did not have any major issues with it. However, there are a few things to note: the Mercedes badge on the front is loose, there are a few chips in the windshield, and the rear left fender is also loose. There are two dents on the door and rock blemishes all around the car. Pickup was easy and the instructions were simple. The return process was also very straightforward with no issues. I would recommend this Turo renter overall, and I am happy with the car.

Pick up from the airport was so easy. No line or bus to the car rental area since the car is parked in general parking at SeaTac for you. Directions to where the car is located are clear and easy to follow. Made our trip enjoyable to not have to worry!

We just had a travel delay and needed a car to explore for a few hours. Car was nice, drove great. Pickup was easy. Very nice car for the price.
