The car was great, more than I expected. Location for me was super easy and convenient. I had the pleasure of meeting Beni, he was very professional and accommodating. Would highly recommend and do business with again.

The trip stated with miscommunication about where to pick up the vehicle. We were directed to take the light rail one stop to the parking there. After taking the rail, and hunting for the vehicle were we informed that the car was back at the airport.
The vehicle had slightly over half tank of fuel at pickup. The vehicle was good for several days.
We encountered a mechanical problem. The vehicle was running rough and stumbling. The check engine warning lamp illuminated. We parked the vehicle out side of my son's home on the street in a designated parking space. We then informed the owner and turo. We were very concerned about causing further damage to vehicle with continued operation. Very disappointed with dealing with turo and the owner regarding cancelling the remainder of the trip which required a 48 minute phone call. Altogether a disappointing experience.
For any future guest reading this review please know that we always leave it to our guests to choose where to pick up the vehicle and HE said to leave it at the airport, which, of course we did and sent HIM a text and a photo then he proceeded to go to another location.
He also decided to leave the vehicle mid trip on the corner of an intersection, and we have video proof that the vehicle ran perfectly fine without a check engine light, and it went on a trip the next morning without issues.

The car was great, very clean. Looked lovely. Everything worked perfectly. Pickup and drop off points were very accessible at almost anytime day or night. Can’t speak more highly of Bennie and Alex. They definitely are extremely customer service oriented. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
