What a wonderful experience! The entire rental process was just so smooth and perfect. Communication was superb from the moment we made the reservation as well as right up to the drop off. Our family of 4 along with all of my wife's luggage had plenty of room for us. The 4-Runner drove great and surprised both my wife and I, so much so we are looking into getting one when we get home. We'll be returning to Seattle area again in the future to visit friends and will definitely be looking up WooJoo to rent this vehicle again when we return.

The vehicle was clean, well maintained and cared for and Trinity and the crew were professional and considerate. The only negative i can offer about the trip and vehicle is the cost of dropoff at seattle airport should be included in the rental cost and the price for renting chains was overly expensive. Other than those small details, my trip was amazing and i would definitely rent from Trinity again!

Ali and company are the reason why Turo will always be a better choice to rent a vehicle than any big rental companies. Always being available for questions and checking in on me and my family to make sure we got everything we needed. Through out my whole trip I felt completely safe knowing that no matter what came up resources were already in place for me to reach out to if something came up. During the end my trip while doing my final checks I found out so many amenities and emergency items were stowed away out of sight just in case something would come up and would require them. 100% would recommend renting from Ali and will definitely do so myself in the future. Pickup up at the airport was convenient and easy. The model Y drove great. I really enjoyed having the car navigate for me throughout my trip. I had to extend my trip by a few hours and the host was able to accommodate me. My only complaint was having to pay the full day price for parking vvdue to the host having dropped off car in garage the night before so that it could charge.

Car was really nice and clean, easy to operate and the experience of picking up and drop off was much easier than car rental experience, especially in SEA with heavy traffic in rental counter, Usually can takes more then an hour sometimes..

Cleanest Turo rental we’ve made! Lovely car for a family of 8! It made the trip comfortable and smooth to where we all ended up being napped out! Lol Emil was nice, responsive to questions and concerns. Unfortunately we accidentally dinged the trunk when we opened it while parked in a parking garage. After speaking with him, he was kind about explaining the process. Thankfully it wasn’t anything super damaging but we feel bad because we are usually very careful. Aside from all that, we would rent from them again when we have our large family in town! Thank you Emil!
