This rental was a great experience from start to finish. The vehicle worked perfectly and was reliable throughout our trip. The owner was incredibly easy to work with and remained consistently kind, patient, and polite — even while I was figuring out how to use the Turo app and probably asking more questions than necessary! Their customer service and communication were excellent, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely rent from them again.

This SUV was in excellent condition, spotless, and ready for our trip. We picked it up from the Costco parking lot, and James provided us with detailed directions to the car and instructions on how to enter it. Everything exceeded our expectations. James was incredibly helpful and communicated with us promptly, professionally, and clearly. After returning the car, he texted me that I had forgotten my dress in the cargo area. He patiently waited for about 30 minutes until I returned and retrieved my belongings. We had a fantastic rental experience and will definitely be returning customers. Thank you, James, for making our car rental so enjoyable!
Best Tesla ever. Best range. People who rent it are awesome. Great sound system. Very clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend renting this car.
Outstanding communication, convenient location, and great vehicle. We did trips to Olympic and Mount Rainer National Park and it was a great trip! Would rent with again!

Very nice and clean car, option to add FSD into the trip, which is a very great add on. Host respond quickly to the questions, and being able to accommodate a small chqange on the pick up and return locations thank you. Definitely recommend for Tesla owners or whoever wants to tryTesla and FSD to rent

Had an amazing trip! The Porsche was detailed beautifully and super clean inside and out. The host was top-tier—highly responsive, professional, and communicated perfectly throughout the rental. Zero stress, amazing car, and I look forward to booking with them again!
Best place you can rent on Turo. I rent on Turo all the time, for business and pleasure. The cars here are always clean and run well. The owners take care of everything. I will only rent from them as of now. Thank you

Great host and an all-around good guy. He was friendly, respectful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire rental. The vehicle was exactly as described, and the drop-off process was smooth and straightforward. He treated me with professionalism and courtesy from beginning to end. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again and would definitely recommend him to others looking for a reliable and hassle-free experience.
Always the best people to rent from. The car is always clean and smells great. If you need a car, this is the one you rent. Hands down.
Car ran great we used it for a camping trip the host was responsive to messages pick up and drop off was easy

Had a great time with this car. Super high quality and very clean. No problems and easy pickup/drop off. Host was very responsive and answered all questions I had about the trip! Highly recommend.

Kavita was a terrific host! The car was immaculate ran well and a pleasure to drive. She was kind enough to give me a lift to the light rail when I dropped the car off. Definitely would rent the car from her again.

Danny was great! Super helpful and responds very quick. I would recommend anyone to rent from him!

One if not the best Turo host I have ever dealt with! Excellent communication, easy pickup, its clear the car was well taken care of, and it was a lot of fun! Perfect blend of luxury and performance. The only thing I would say to anyone that is using GPS to get to the car is to put “Red Lion Hotel”. For some reason apple maps was having trouble taking me to the address provided. If I come back I will definitely be renting from you again. Thanks!

I was unclear on the pickup instructions, so I ended up waiting outside while I messaged to get details. The vehicle ran smoothly and was comfortable. It did need to be vacuumed before I picked it up, but we made it work. Overall, I would rent again and do recommend

I’ve driven many many rental cars all over the world, I’ve owned more cars than the average Joe, and I can say honestly without a doubt that this vehicle is one of the nicest most comfortable vehicles it has ever been my absolute pleasure to drive. In fact, and you can verify with the owner, after renting this vehicle I have decided to trade in my very pampered and highly sought after Challenger Demon in order to purchase myself a newer but identical Q7 for myself.

Navigating a large SUV rental in Redmond's urban areas requires some skill, but with these tips, renters can manage confidently. Utilize the SUV's backup camera and parking sensors when available, especially in tight spots like downtown Redmond or at Redmond Town Center. Practice reversing and turning in less crowded areas to get a feel for the vehicle's dimensions. When parking, look for pull-through spots or larger spaces on the outskirts of lots. In multi-story garages, such as those near Microsoft's campus, be mindful of height restrictions. Take advantage of the SUV rental's elevated seating position for better visibility in traffic. Remember to allow extra space when turning and be aware of your vehicle's wider turning radius. With these strategies, renters can enjoy the benefits of an SUV rental while easily managing Redmond's urban landscape.
Driving an SUV rental in Redmond's rainy conditions requires some adjustments. First, ensure your rental vehicle's tires are in good condition for optimal traction. Reduce your speed and increase following distance to allow for longer stopping times. Use the SUV's wipers and defrosting features to maintain clear visibility. Many modern SUV rentals come equipped with traction control and stability systems — familiarize yourself with these features before setting out. When cornering, brake gently before the turn and accelerate smoothly out of it to maintain stability. Be cautious of hydroplaning, especially on highways like SR 520. If your SUV rental has selectable drive modes, choose the one best suited for wet conditions. Lastly, be extra vigilant for pedestrians and cyclists, as visibility can be reduced in rainy weather. These precautions will help ensure a safe and comfortable journey around Redmond and beyond.

Look for rental SUV models with roof racks or tow hitches if you plan to bring bikes or kayaks. Comfort features like supportive seats and good climate control enhance long journeys. Consider an SUV rental with all-wheel drive for better traction on diverse road conditions. Lastly, choose a vehicle size that balances spaciousness with maneuverability, as some park roads can be narrow. These considerations will help ensure your SUV rental is well-suited for exploring Washington's stunning national parks from your Redmond starting point.
