Car was great - a little bit of a walk to the pick up location but it saved us a parking fee so we were happy! Perfect vehicle for our family of 5. We had an issue with the seat belt sensor but other than that our rental was great!

The Honda Pilot was perfect for what our family needed. We had 5 people, a bunch of suitcases and wanted to drive in some level of comfort. We also planned to drive up through Olympic National Park, so it was great that the vehicle had snow tires, and we opted for the option to rent snow chains. Going up to Hurricane Ridge, the ranger made sure we had those chains (though we didn't have to put them on).
Pickup at the airport garage was very convenient and easy. We dropped off at a nearby garage which was also conveniently located 1 train stop away.
We had some communication hiccup early on - they were communicative, but there were also some automated messages which caused some confusion on my end. After that everything was fine - the trip was great and the vehicle was everything we needed.
