Current Tesla owner but I have been wanting to experience a Rivian. Found the perfect opportunity and overall we enjoyed the vehicle and the tech. It rides great and was a blast to drive. Had some issues setting my phone key and the software is not as good and responsive as Tesla in my opinion. The host was great and responds immediately to questions or issues. The car was very clean on the inside, however was a little dirtier on the outside than I prefer for an expensive rental (lots of smears on the windshield and windows) The car was also recently in a minor accident as there was a substantial dent and paint transfer on the passenger side. This didn’t really bother me too much, just a little disappointing for the price. Overall, I would rent from this host again and I did enjoy the Rivian, although I would wait a few years to buy one.

The rivian rs1 is a truly versatile vehicle. The car was clean, fully charged, and had a great options to ensure a super smooth trip. Great communication and an easy pick up/drop off
