There was an issue with the car that was out of their control, but they went out of their way to resolve it and communicated proactively, and did their best to make it right.

This was an amazing rental. The hosts were super helpful and friendly. Their communication was fast and clear. The car was in great shape and really comfortable. We had never driven a Tesla before and our hosts were very knowledgeable and gave us a great walk thru. Location is in great little neighborhood close to the airport and downtown.
