What a wonderful experience! The entire rental process was just so smooth and perfect. Communication was superb from the moment we made the reservation as well as right up to the drop off. Our family of 4 along with all of my wife's luggage had plenty of room for us. The 4-Runner drove great and surprised both my wife and I, so much so we are looking into getting one when we get home. We'll be returning to Seattle area again in the future to visit friends and will definitely be looking up WooJoo to rent this vehicle again when we return.

Ali and company are the reason why Turo will always be a better choice to rent a vehicle than any big rental companies. Always being available for questions and checking in on me and my family to make sure we got everything we needed. Through out my whole trip I felt completely safe knowing that no matter what came up resources were already in place for me to reach out to if something came up. During the end my trip while doing my final checks I found out so many amenities and emergency items were stowed away out of sight just in case something would come up and would require them. 100% would recommend renting from Ali and will definitely do so myself in the future. Best Turo experience ever! The whole experience from start to finish is actually a concierge type of experience. Host is extremely on top of everything from instant responses, communications of important good to knows, ability to go above and beyond to cater to my pickup needs, and even providing me with important infos as a local. Car itself is almost brand new with very low mileage and it runs smooth, not to mention the cost effective gas saving as an SUV! I even dropped a tip to appreciate how wonderful of an experience I had!

This was my first time using this app so I was a bit nervous. It turns out this is way better than standing in line after a long flight at the car rental counter. The vehicle was clean, well maintained and cared for and Trinity and the crew were professional and considerate. The only negative i can offer about the trip and vehicle is the cost of dropoff at seattle airport should be included in the rental cost and the price for renting chains was overly expensive. Other than those small details, my trip was amazing and i would definitely rent from Trinity again!

Just the right size & at a price that fit my budget.

Pickup up at the airport was convenient and easy. The model Y drove great. I really enjoyed having the car navigate for me throughout my trip. I had to extend my trip by a few hours and the host was able to accommodate me. My only complaint was having to pay the full day price for parking vvdue to the host having dropped off car in garage the night before so that it could charge.

Everything about this rental was flawless; it is the second time I've rented this specific car for my trips to Washington, and I will always rent from them anytime I am out here! Pick up at the airport is flawless, communication is excellent, the car drives wonderfully and was super clean upon pickup. Absolutely zero complaints and I will be renting it again for my next trip to Seattle.
