The vehicle got us all around the Olympic Peninsula safely.
Pros:
1) Plenty of room for what we needed.
2) The pickup and drop off process was seamless.
3) The communication with the owner was great and thorough.
4) The rental price was very fair, especially compared to similar vehicles through a large rental company.
If I had to make any suggestions for the owner of the vehicle, there would be two things that I would recommend-
Cons:
1) Vehicle cleanliness was a bit lacking. I'm not looking for a full professional detail type condition or anything, but the interior had old spills that were dried up in some areas. And the exterior could use some love, too. I know it's a rental vehicle, but some more regular upkeep on the cleaning would make the vehicle stand out more.
2) While there were no mechanical issues that prevented us from using the vehicle to its potential, the suspension on the vehicle is in desperate need of replacement. There were a couple of front end clunks that were present throughout the trip, and the suspension rode rough and was noticeably worn out. Driving on the winding roads throughout the PNW made these issues stand out. Some suspension work/replacement would make the vehicle ride much better and be more pleasant to drive, especially in the wet weather.
Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our time with the vehicle and were happy with our experience.

This was our first time using Turo, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Communication was quick and easy, and the host was very responsive. The car and car seats were clean. We also really appreciated the bottled water waiting for us in the car. Everything was smooth from start to finish. We will definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them!
