Host is great!! Very professional my entire trip. The car ran fine, the ac was not very cool and the horn doesn’t work. Good for a point A to B rental!
Thank you for your review Jameson! I wish you had looked at the listing before booking. We very clearly have disclosed that there is no AC in this car. Shouldn’t really have been a surprise. We always list everything we offer and everything we don’t. It’s all in the listing. See you next time!

Car was clean all good but AC blew HOT air and fan only come on when switch at #4 other then that all good 👍

Letting me know 5 days after the trip ended leaves me with no options to make you happier. Also we didn’t know to check the fan before sending the car back out. So now if there is a real issue we will have another unhappy guest. Please let us know right away next time. Thank you.

Great experience overall!
My wife’s car broke down, and we booked this 2010 Ford Escape the same day. They responded very fast and were super flexible, the car was ready within about 30 minutes after booking.
Pickup and return instructions were very easy and convenient. The SUV was very comfortable and soft to drive, spacious inside, and honestly a very reliable and great car overall.
