Our family of four enjoyed our trip to Olympic National Park in the 2022 4Runner. Everything went smoothly other than one minor issue where we accidentally drained the car battery after charging devices for 30 minutes without the car on. That was definitely my fault but there were no jumper cables in the vehicle, which surprised me. Luckily, we found someone with cables because we were deep in the Hoh rainforest and it would have taken quite a while to have roadside service to come jump us. Some of the places we visited were very remote with few people and cell services, so I consider a small jumper pack to be something that needs to be added to the vehicle for safety. Charles said he was going to add these so I don't think it should be an issue in the future. Charles was receptive to texting when needed and I would definitely rent from him in the future.

The car was amazing! It doesn’t have the rack in the back, but honestly we were able to make do without it, so it didn’t impact us all that much!
