Car was very nice and great for the Washington wet roads. Inside was clean and being the Wilderness Edition it was very nicely appointed vehicle.
Had a minor snafu with the rental, the owner was responsive and corrected the issue. I understand any business can have problems. This rarely affects my opinion of the business or my review. How the handle the problem DOES. In the case they took ownership of it and got it taken care. With that I feel comfortable rating them 5 stars and would rent from them again.
