Toyota rental in Renton, WA

Aleksey is very helpful and prompt. Pickup and dropoff at SEA airport lot was clear and easy. Car was clean and drives well with no issues; great quality and reliability as expected from Toyotas. Only thing to note is that the infotainment system is not compatible with Android Auto; I later found out that Toyota didn't support it until 2021 strangely. I also wish I had taken up Aleksey's offer to rent out a cooler; I definitely think that would have come very handy for my trip and will do next time!

First and foremost, I want to thank Honey and AJ for being an awesome duo for my friends and I with our visit to Seattle Washington! Thank you Honey for being able to communicate fast and effectively when you could! Before renting this car out, I knew what year and how old this car was and the pros and cons from the other reviewers. THE PROS: IT RUNS!: -Obviously it needs to run, but given the year and the miles this bad boy had! WHOO!! it got us around forsure! Plus other turo renters on this site don’t really care for their cars at all so I'm grateful we got ours well maintained for what it was. -You can’t go wrong with a Toyota or Honda. A well maintained engine will run incredibly well especially with high miles. IT’S NOT ATTRATICTIVE!: -And thats PERFECT! In big cities like Seattle, we were concerned about the potential theft activities if we ever parked in a dense and populated area. This car blended really well and it made it one less thing to worry about. THE CONS: HEADLIGHTS -Although this car served us well, I will have to say that the headlights weren’t up to par with other vehicles. These headlights may be standard but unfortunately they restrict visibility with how far out you can see. Definitely a minor upgrade to invest in. KEYFOB -When we got it the keyfob wasn’t functional during our time there but it wasn’t a deal breaker at all. I personally like locking my vehicles physically BUT this could definitely be brought up with other renters ion the future. This car was definitely a working car and served us the entire week we visited. Other reviewers may find a couple things annoying but I found it Nostalgic with my first car so I enjoyed every imperfection! Loved it! Other minor things like the gas cap unlocking wasn’t worthy of a con because its simple 2 second fix. Get over it. All in all, Awesome car!! PERSONAL NOTE: I will say that the COMMUNICATION between staff was incredibly fast! 10/10. Honestly in a city we felt foreign in, I’d rather have our communication be prioritized over any of the cons we’ve listed just in case of any emergency. Shout out to Honey for guiding us through the process of the links that were sent and helping us with questions! Very warm and welcoming! With my research with other TURO renters, you're NOT gonna get any better communication from this team. 10/10 would rent from these guys again! If I’m ever coming back I’m grabbing this baby again!

My first time ever using Turo after having some bad experience with other car rental companies in the past like Enterprise and Avis, I have to say the time from initial contact to the end of my trip Charles was very communicative and was able to answer every question I had so I can better understand how Turo worked. The car was spotless at drop off and very comfortable. In the future if I ever need to rent another vehicle I'll definitely be renting from Charles again. 10/10 service and extremely friendly.

The rental was a really good price for the type of car we needed. We wanted high mileage as we did a roadtrip and this hybrid delivered.

The host was very accommodating. I was able to pick up the car very close to where I live. The host dropped the car off an hour and a half before my pick up time. No waiting to to start my travel. The car was super clean and even had the new car smell to it. The next time I need to rent a car, I am going through this host specifically again. Loved the experience! Thank you!

Sometimes Turos leave you wondering if you should have picked the rental counter instead… this is not one of those Turos. Car was PERFECT, pickup was the best I’ve ever had, (Ruben was waiting at departures with the car ready for us right after we landed), and Ruben was a fun and fantastic host. Highly highly highly recommend.

The car was clean, comfortable, and drove perfectly. The host was very friendly, responsive, and especially flexible with the pickup and return arrangements, which made our trip much easier.
