What a wonderful experience! The entire rental process was just so smooth and perfect. Communication was superb from the moment we made the reservation as well as right up to the drop off. Our family of 4 along with all of my wife's luggage had plenty of room for us. The 4-Runner drove great and surprised both my wife and I, so much so we are looking into getting one when we get home. We'll be returning to Seattle area again in the future to visit friends and will definitely be looking up WooJoo to rent this vehicle again when we return.

I usually give my stars based on the customer service overall. I don’t necessarily care if the car isn’t new or pristine. For me getting to car was easy enough, even for me who had never been to Seatac airport and didn’t realize how big it was. Super easy and convenient to lock and unlock car with the link they sent. Super responsive. Car had a full gas. I knew about the parking fee, which it usually is so I know I am paying for the convenience. I did pick an older car which I don’t care about. Ran great, zero mechanical issues. However, there was a leftover soda can left under the seat (which tells me it was cleaned cleaned before me or maybe was just missed). The car also smelled like smoke or maybe it’s just old. But it had that smoky smell. It was clean for the most part but it does have small imperfections that just come with old cars, this was the 2009 Toyota Camry. Just mentioning not as a complaint but rather in case someone else cares about that kind of stuff. Other than that I would definitely rent from them again and maybe would go for a newer model. Thank you!

Andrew was a great host to rent his Toyota sienna from. The van was comfortable for everyone and drove well. There were no issues and because it was a hybrid it got good gas mileage. I highly recommend this van for your trip around Seattle.

Rented the blue Toyota Prius and I love these cars. With gas prices high, this is the best car! Pick and drop off were easy, no problems at all with this car. Thank you, would definitely rent from them again!

The host was very accommodating. I was able to pick up the car very close to where I live. The host dropped the car off an hour and a half before my pick up time. No waiting to to start my travel. The car was super clean and even had the new car smell to it. The next time I need to rent a car, I am going through this host specifically again. Loved the experience! Thank you!

Pick up was a bit confusing but we got it. The car was good for what we needed though there was a clunking (swagbar link type sound ) when we turned to the right. Cleaned up the car inside as clean as we found it. All dents, scratches, and noises were there when I picked it up. Worked great for this trip. Thank you. God bless you.
