Great car! Easy pick up.

Pickup and drop-off were seamless, and Henry made the process very straightforward and easy, which I appreciated.
That said, I was disappointed with the overall condition of the vehicle. While the car was functional and got me where I needed to go, it was not presented in the condition I would expect from a rental.
The exterior was dirty, and the wheel wells were covered in grime, suggesting the vehicle had not even gone through a basic car wash before pickup.
The interior was in poor condition, with stains throughout, carpet pulling away at the seams, and cupholders containing built-up residue and gunk. There was also hair in the back seat area, which further suggested the vehicle had not been thoroughly cleaned. In addition, three Little Trees air fresheners were hanging from the rearview mirror, which seemed to be masking a lingering smoke odor.
Mechanically, the brakes squeaked and the windshield wipers were not very functional and in need of attention.
When I mentioned these concerns, Henry explained that the vehicle is older and in good mechanical order. While I understand the car is not new, age does not excuse poor cleanliness and deferred maintenance. A rental vehicle should still be properly cleaned and well maintained regardless of its age.
Overall, the car served its purpose, but its condition did not meet my expectations for a rental. I appreciated how easy Henry made the logistics, but I would not rent this vehicle again.
