I had an excellent experience with this Ford Transit rental. The vehicle itself was in outstanding condition—very clean, well-maintained, and clearly taken care of with attention to detail. The quality of the Ford Transit really stood out; it drove smoothly, felt reliable, and made the entire trip comfortable and stress-free.
The cleanliness was top-notch both inside and out, which made a huge difference, especially for a longer trip. On top of that, the customer service was exceptional. The team was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy from start to finish.

My family and I rented a 2023 Ford Transit for a few days in Seattle, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The van was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and in outstanding condition—it truly drove like it was brand new. The host was very accommodating and responsive, promptly answering any questions we had throughout the rental process. We took a trip to Leavenworth with no issues at all. Upon pickup, the vehicle was clean, smelled fresh, and was clearly well cared for. The pickup and drop-off instructions were clear and straightforward, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. If my family and I are ever in the Seattle area again, we would definitely rent from them again.
