I wasn't aware I needed to end the trip in the app. I returned the vehicle at 430pm - I'm not near the vehicle to submit pictures, etc. Last time I just handed the keys to people there. All in all good experience but wasn't aware of the return process being different.

Thank you for your feedback. This is a 2024 Ford Transit with only 20,000 miles, in excellent mechanical condition. Fuel consumption is determined by the manufacturer’s design, vehicle size, driving conditions, and driving habits. A full-size cargo van naturally consumes more fuel than a smaller passenger vehicle. This is not a maintenance issue, and we believe the low maintenance rating is unjustified, as no mechanical problems were reported during the trip.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Yride. We did run into a mechanical issue with our original van during the trip, but they handled it incredibly well from start to finish. They were responsive, understanding, accommodating, and made the whole situation as easy as possible for us. They quickly got us into a wonderful Ford Transit for the rest of the trip, were extremely generous with add-ons, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Honestly one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. I would absolutely rent from them again and can’t recommend them enough. Five stars all the way.
