The car was great. Very clean inside and out. Good gas mileage. There was an oil sensor issue that did not affect driving, and was communicated with Diep promptly. Overall would rent again.

I had to pay a $37 parking fee from the airport because the host dropped the vehicle off at the airport the day before. I wasn’t aware of the high cost of the parking ticket. The inside of the vehicle was fine, but it looked like someone rubbed oil all over the inside of the windshield and it was very hard to see so I had to pull over and clean it off. Host wouldn’t respond for hours with an issue I had. Car itself was decent.

We clearly informed the guest about the airport parking fee right after booking so she had option to cancel within the grace period or arrange an alternative pickup with no parking fee. When guest choose to airport pick up we also pay for parking fee when retrieve the car. The issue was resolved by the guest within minutes before we had a chance to respond. We also personally clean every vehicle and did not use any oil product and would never knowingly deliver a car with an oily windshield.
