The car quality was pretty good. They did an amazing job at communication, answering any questions. Very hospitable supplied us with water when picking up. Pick up and drop off a smooth transaction. Once you find the location it’s really easy to get to.

The pick up location and host were great. The cars condition could have been better. The radio and power ports do not work, at all. The car was messier than I expected tbh. I found the previous renters boarding pass and a receipt from 2024 in between the seats. Yes, 2024. The car did not seem like it was vacuumed out and there were stains on the seats. The photos of the vehicle need to be updated.

The blinkers acted funny. The fronts do not work with the lights on. the The radio nor the USB charger worked.
We bought a new portable radio for the car! Sorry things sometimes do not work for older cars. You are renting an older 2015 Kia Soul and so sometimes it is not new like the modern newer cars. Thank you for your support though!
