The car was exactly as described in the listing so there were no surprises. This older KIA Sorento was all that we needed for this trip as traveling in the car was not the priority. We just needed something to get us to a destination and be available for local visits and errand running while we were at our destination on San Juan Island. I have a Sorento of the same vintage and know it to be comfortable, reliable transportation and this one provided that for us on this trip. Airport pickup and dropoff were easy to do with detailed instructions for each which were easy to follow and worked perfectly. I would not hesitate to rent from Bryan again.

One little hiccup, on our 2nd to last day I got pulled over due to the all rear brake lights not working besides half of the top trunk brake light. I brought the issue to the hosts attention and they acknowledged it quickly. Besides that, Car was great the entire trip, as well the added cooler kept our items fresh and ice chill for an extended period of time! Hosts instructions and responses were very clear and in a timely manner which helped a lot! If it weren’t for the brake lights, this would’ve been 5 stars
