This was our first time using Turo, and it was a pretty smooth experience. The car was clean! They rocked that! We were a bit confused about pick up location and drop off. As we flew into the airport and our hand offs were there. I did wish there was a blast text before your pick up with welcome instructions and another before your return with drop off requirement. (Similar to Airbnb) The hand offs were a bit daunting for our first go. If you’re new to Turo be wise to reach out to the host and within timely manners because they didn’t seem to be very fast about responding back. Also, do expect to pay the exit fee from the airport during pick up as that isn’t quite listed. Still so thankful for the well working car and would be up to book again!
