I had an excellent rental experience and highly recommend host Fab. Fab was extremely friendly, communicative, and supportive throughout the entire process. He responded quickly, provided clear information, and made everything very easy from start to finish. The car was in excellent condition, super clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was very convenient, just next to the SFO airport, and both pick-up and drop-off were smooth and easy. The instructions were very clear, detailed, and simple to follow, which made the whole experience stress-free. Overall, this was a great Turo rental experience. I would highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a clean, reliable car and an easy rental process. I would definitely rent from this host again!
Gary was great throughout from our late reservation to meeting us at the SFO airport, and communicating throughout. The car was great. Excellent gas mileage!!!! Handled very well and was very clean & comfy. Loved the large sun roof. Had a little issue with Android Auto but that is not Gary's fault at all. Could have just been our phone issue. We would 100% rent from Gary again!
My husband and I were in town visiting family for a week and the car was great. The ride was real smooth and both host and co-host were very responsive to any questions we had. There were no issues and we would definitely rent again.
Great, sporty little car. Very fuel efficient and has all of the features and tech that you need a mini SUV. Only things to note are it has a shaky steering wheel when driving higher than 70mph, and there are a couple dings on the rear driver side. Other than that it’s a stellar rental car. Top notch service and communication throughout!
Skip the car rental wait lines. We went directly to the parking garage where the vehicle awaited us, and did the same for drop off. Great communication between us and the host. Huge savings. Reliable vehicle. Chris' VW bug was fun to cruise around the bay area in style.
