Excellent car and the customer service is top notch. Will rent from again

The car was amazing, clean, no weird smells or anything of concern! The parking location was easy to find and host communicated very well. My only note is that I mistakenly thought the car would be available for pickup at an SFO parking garage and instead it was located in a BART parking garage that required a short train ride to get to. Because of this I had to purchase a Clipper card for myself and my wife to ride the BART train and then pay for the round trip fees which was unexpected in our trip plans. Not being from SF, this created a frustrating start to what was ultimately an overall enjoyable trip and experience with this Turo rental vehicle. I do not blame the host as I should have done my due diligence prior to making the reservation so that I could have realized all that would all be necessary but I did not. So if I had any comment about it, I would suggest the host should make sure renters know what they are getting into so they don’t feel surprised or frustrated with additional unexpected costs relating to their Turo rental experience.

When we picked up the car at the Airport it included an $8 credit for the garage parking. A nice and helpful surprise. Mingfei helped to swap the car at a location not to far from where we were staying after a tire ran over a nail and needed fixing/replacing. I would for sure recommend Mingfei and rent from him again when in the SF bay area.

I had absolutely no complaints with this car! It handled the San Francisco hills wonderfully, and the gas mileage was amazing. We drove it from our Airbnb in South San Francisco into downtown San Francisco multiple times, as well as out to a winery, and I only had to put about half a tank of gas in before returning it to top it off. The car was clean when I picked it up, and pickup was super convenient. It was left in the Park ‘N Fly lot, which was only about a 5-minute shuttle ride from the airport. Overall, this was a great rental and made getting around San Francisco and the surrounding areas so easy. I would absolutely rent from Gregory again, whether it’s this car or one of the other vehicles he has to offer, if I’m ever back in the area!

The car is clean, runs well. Communication with host is easy. Instructions are clear. I would rent again next time coming to SF area.

I had an excellent rental experience and highly recommend host Fab. Fab was extremely friendly, communicative, and supportive throughout the entire process. He responded quickly, provided clear information, and made everything very easy from start to finish. The car was in excellent condition, super clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was very convenient, just next to the SFO airport, and both pick-up and drop-off were smooth and easy. The instructions were very clear, detailed, and simple to follow, which made the whole experience stress-free. Overall, this was a great Turo rental experience. I would highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a clean, reliable car and an easy rental process. I would definitely rent from this host again!

Gary was great throughout from our late reservation to meeting us at the SFO airport, and communicating throughout. The car was great. Excellent gas mileage!!!! Handled very well and was very clean & comfy. Loved the large sun roof. Had a little issue with Android Auto but that is not Gary's fault at all. Could have just been our phone issue. We would 100% rent from Gary again!

Great, sporty little car. Very fuel efficient and has all of the features and tech that you need a mini SUV. Only things to note are it has a shaky steering wheel when driving higher than 70mph, and there are a couple dings on the rear driver side. Other than that it’s a stellar rental car. Top notch service and communication throughout!

Jap was easy to communicate with during our rental process. The vehicle was like new and spotless. Beautiful ride and plenty of room for 4 adults and full size suitcases and other bags. Lots of road time, enjoyed every minute of it. Would recognize highly.
