Pick up location was easy to access but moving up the pickup time was not I was told I needed to call TURO and when I did TURO told me I just needed to message and ask the vehicle owner for an early pick up
No plates on the car made it hard to get out of parking garage since it’s all AI generated now.

You showed up 1.5hr earlier and wanna pick up the car. I told you it was ok but you need to modify the pickup time to the actual time with no extra charge. I also explained to you Turo only covers the scheduled trip time period. So if something happened and if it was outside of the official rental time period Turo will not cover you. So I was trying to help you to get protected but you got mad.
Also this car has the DMV issued operation permit on the car while waiting for the physical plate.
