I had an excellent rental experience and highly recommend host Fab. Fab was extremely friendly, communicative, and supportive throughout the entire process. He responded quickly, provided clear information, and made everything very easy from start to finish.
The car was in excellent condition, super clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was very convenient, just next to the SFO airport, and both pick-up and drop-off were smooth and easy. The instructions were very clear, detailed, and simple to follow, which made the whole experience stress-free.
Overall, this was a great Turo rental experience. I would highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a clean, reliable car and an easy rental process. I would definitely rent from this host again!

Worst experience in 10 years of using Turo. I honestly wish I had chosen a different host.
The car and overall experience were not what I expected based on the listing, and communication became increasingly uncomfortable during and after the trip. What should have been a straightforward rental turned into a stressful situation.
The most concerning part was what happened after the trip ended. I continued receiving unwanted messages and repeated charge attempts, which honestly made me feel unsafe and pressured. There were also multiple warning lights illuminated on the dashboard throughout my trip, which I reported to Turo. The vehicle was temporarily removed from the platform and quickly relisted.
My advice to anyone renting on Turo: take detailed timestamped photos/videos of everything before and after the trip, and keep all communication inside the app.
Just sharing my personal experience so others can make an informed decision.
Let me share what happened:
1. You called me on the car return day morning and yelling, saying lockbox was missing. It was your mistake you forgot to lock the door the night before and someone stole it. Why did you get mad on me and screaming?
2. You tried to return the car with door unlocked and left key inside which left the car under risk of being stolen.
3. You continued to use the car after check-out.
4. You reported to unlist my car for the oil change light on as retaliation.
