After experiencing so many issues with a previous Turo rental, this host truly came in and saved the day for my daughter’s 3rd birthday trip. Was a few hiccups but overall first time experience renting from turo was good. Was it a brand new car off the lot? No, won't get that with any rental company. Did it have some wear and tear? Of course it did. Did it do the job getting our party around? Most certainly. My only concern was the seats were permanently fixed and did not fold down to easily get our luggage in. We had to carry it through the side door and over 2 rows of seats to the last row which was a workout. We picked up from sfo airport and the shuttle was great, super efficient from door to door. I would rent from turo again if prices are right. Thanks for the ride!
