Perfect van for our simple and comfortable trip up the coast to the redwoods. The van was clean and well maintained. It has everything you need, a bed big enough for two, and a sink with a pump water fountain. The blankets and sheets were set up and clean for us. There are a few storage compartments we used for storing our bags, and a pull out fridge that we were able to store some eggs, milk and meats and snacks in. We brought our own camping stove for cooking. Pick up and drop off was super easy and instructions were clear. The host’s communication was timely and responsive. Would definitely rent again if we ever decided to do another road trip!
We rented the Ford Transit for a girls trip to celebrate a 45th birthday, and it worked out really well for our group of 9 women plus luggage. The host had great communication throughout the process, which made everything smooth and easy. The van itself was perfect for a road trip, everyone had plenty of space to sit comfortably, and it was so nice being able to travel together instead of splitting into multiple cars. The Bluetooth worked well once we got it set up. Gas was reasonable for a vehicle this size: our first fill-up was $92.61 and the second was $70.20. The only minor issue we had was with the side door. It took a little getting used to because it wouldn’t stay closed if you shut it too gently, but also didn’t require a full slam, so we had to find the right amount of force to get it to latch properly. The vehicle also made a weird noise when backing up. Overall, it was a great rental and a perfect vehicle for a group trip. Would definitely recommend and use this host again
