Tesla rental in Burlingame, CA

We had a great experience renting Julian’s Tesla. Communication was clear, and the car was easy to find in the parking garage. It was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The self-driving took a little time to figure out, even after watching the videos, but once we got the hang of it, the FSD was really impressive and fun to use. Overall, a very smooth rental experience. We’d happily rent this Tesla again the next time we’re in San Francisco.

I had a great experience renting this Tesla. The full self-driving feature was really cool and made the trip even more enjoyable, but what really stood out was the host. He was extremely accommodating, helpful, and easy to work with. He checked in with me a few times during the trip to make sure everything was going well and to see if I had any questions about charging or using the car. I ended up returning the vehicle with less battery than I received it with, and he was very understanding about it. Overall, the car was excellent, the experience was smooth, and the host went above and beyond. I would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great Turo experience.

Teslas work incredibly well with Turo! Easy pickup and dropoff using the Tesla app to access the car - no need for exchanging keys in person Car is in great condition

The car was in great condition, and I would definitely rent from this host again. If you are picking up the car from the airport, make sure you know how to get to Garage A or Garage G. In my experience, SFO could do a better job directing you to the garages. Also, be aware that the car has Full Self-Driving (FSD) enabled by default. Whether you purchase FSD or not, you will be charged $100 afterward if you use it. I missed this part in the rental terms. Make sure you turn it off unless you intend to purchase it. Once FSD is turned off, the Model Y does not have regular Autosteer. In my opinion, FSD is worth considering if you are renting the car for more than a week, but probably not if you are only renting it for a few days. With all that in mind, the car was great, and I would rent from the host again.

Super smooth pickup at SFO, car was exactly where the host said and easy to find. The Model 3 was clean and comfortable, and the Full Self-Driving was excellent, honestly a must when driving around SF with the hills, traffic, and one ways. Handled freeway and city streets with no issues. Very convenient from start to finish with great communication. Would definitely rent again.

I wish I had more hands to give these guys more thumbs up! They respond to messages in seconds, get on the phone within minutes if needed. They went out of the way to make everything easy, convenient, and went above and beyond by making the car available even before the reservation time and giving me a ride to the airport after drop off.
