Highly recommend! I would definitely rent from Roy again. Roy was a great host—friendly, responsive, and made the whole rental process incredibly easy. The Jeep was practically brand new with only about 100 miles on it, and it even smelled like a new car! It was spotless, drove perfectly, and made the trip even better. Can’t wait to rent it again.

Car was clean, new, fantastic, handled very well. The Turo offsite parking was surprisingly convenient. I was skeptical about it at first but Roy reassured me that it’s not a hassle. He was right. I would rent again from Roy.

Russ was fantastic to work with—communication was quick, easy, and responsive throughout the entire trip. The car drove great and handled San Francisco’s steep hills with no issues at all. It was spacious, adorable, and I loved the color! It also came with great perks like FastTrak, a phone charger, and a backup camera, which made the trip even more convenient. The seats had a few stains, but otherwise the car was in great condition. My only recommendation is to bring a phone mount if you plan to use your phone for navigation, since there isn’t a built-in spot to place it. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely rent from Russ again!

Jeep ran great, fun to drive and loved the retracting soft top. Family of 4 fit with luggage for 10 days. Pick Up and drop off super easy. Would definitely rent again.

This car and the host beat all of my expectations and hesitancies. First, Brandon was easily the most responsive and informative and helpful host I’ve experienced. I needed snow tires, and thought they had to be studded, but he quickly eased my concerns quoting DOT, and CalTrans requirements. He was also flexible in my need for a later return, and upfront what was doable. He showed top notch customer service! Regarding the Jeep, this vehicle is a beast! It handled heavy snow conditions on highway 50 to/from Tahoe brilliantly! I felt very confident and at peace driving this vehicle and would rent from Brandon 10/10 times!

It was a pleasure renting with Mingfei. We had flight delays which got us in to San Francisco a day later than expected and he was completely patient and easy going throughout. Picking up the car could not have been easier. Go to the parking garage, get the key from the lock box and away you go. The Jeep itself was great. Really nice looking, clean and easy to ride. I would highly recommend renting from Mingfei and will definitely rent from him again next time we are out in San Francisco!
