Car rental in San Bruno, CA

The pick up location was two or three minutes outside the terminal, and very easy to find. The car was great and got amazing gas mileage. Cold AC during the heat wave. Returning the car was just as simple. Communication with Pacific was friendly, accurate, and rapid. Excellent customer service. I can definitely recommend Pacific for a car rental, plus it was the best price of anything I found with no compromise.

Jayraj was a very friendly and flexible host. The car was in very good shape considering it’s age. And I believe the price/benefit ratio of this car was amongst the best in SF when I did my booking. The realistic 200mi range of the car was perfectly enough for moving around the bay area, but we managed to do some longer trips as well.

Cars starting to show its age in some ways but was good for the price. FSD was a great feature for my trip around the Bay Area!

Everything was excellent. I highly recommend this car (excellent gas mileage for a gas car and in excellent condition) and host (made everything easy for as a first time Turo user. Location at SFO much easier and cheaper than the car rental center.)

Quick communication, great car for long trips or around town, if you do plan to extend, do it early in your trip to avoid turo raising the price. Would highly recommend

This was a fantastic car, easy pick up, and great customer service for a great price. Would recommend for anyone who wants a car that is better than a rental car for a competitive price.

Chris was very communicative throughout the entire rental process. The Fiat was easy to find, easy to unlock and access and was very clean upon pickup. Very transparent about the garage parking fee and how to get out of the garage and how to return the vehicle back at the airport when I was ready to drop off. During my rental I had to extend the time out a few hours due to a flight change at the last minute that was not in my control and he easily and quickly extended me out the time I needed. Very generous with the amount of miles included with the rental period and was very easy to work with whenever I needed to reach out. I only had a couple minor issue I feel should have been addressed prior to my rental as they were mentioned by previous Turo renters based on their comments. Primarily, the windshield wiper blades. Several noted the wiper blades were pretty worn out. I noticed some reviews back to December mentioning as much. Well, I rented in April and it was pouring rain in the NorCal redwoods the week I had the Fiat. I replaced the blades myself as they were so worn out that it was actually safer to not use them at all than it was to try and drive with them on as bad as they made a worse mess of the windshield than leaving them off. To all the future renters of the Fiat…You are welcome! Enjoy the new blades haha. I feel as a host that Reimbursement should have been offered or a discount applied as I left the new blades with the car and the old ones and the receipt from the auto parts store with them. Doesn’t change me giving a 5 star rating as the car was exactly as I needed and Chris was a very accommodating and friendly host. The car ran great and didn’t give me any issues other than the wiper blades. Given the very low daily rental price compared to other rentals in the area the fact I spent $40 more to replace the wiper blades and solved a problem for future renters in the process feels like $40 worth of good karma points and if it helps the next renter be safer on a rainy drive I am happy to have spent the money. In the grand scheme of things it’s $40 and hopefully the mantra “what goes around comes around” holds true and I will see that paid back in my travels. Despite the wipers I still would recommend Chris and the Abarth wholeheartedly and would not hesitate to rent from him again next time I am in the Bay Area….and believe me…it’s more often than I thought it would ever be in my life haha. Hung is the best boat I’ve experienced on Turo. He was very responsive to any communication and the car is amazing. We had a great time cruising around San Francisco in this car. We were fortunate to be able to meet Hung and he was very gracious to us and fun to speak with. I would definitely look to rent a vehicle from him again as he has great cars and is great to work with.

I had an excellent first trip with this service and was provided with excellent service and care. I was given plenty of communication of how to go about this trip which eased my mind. The booking process was easy, my hosts were kind, and I look forward to the day should I need to book a car rental again. I would definitely come back to rent with this host. 10/10, the car was in pristine condition and is an absolute joy to drive. Out of all the cars I rented this summer this one was by far the most thrilling to drive! Pick up and drop off were easy, and Mynoi was very easy to deal with/accepted a last minute trip extension like no problem. Highly recommend giving this car a go.

Pick up and drop off at SFO was very easy. Car was fuel efficient and great for getting around. As a 6-foot person, it wasn’t the most comfortable to drive, but for the price, it was exactly what we needed.

Everything went smoothly for the most part. Car was a bit worse for wear with nearly 300k miles and some dents and dings, but no mechanical or functional issues and got us where we needed for a good price.

Hung was extremely accommodating and communicative/responsive. Will definitely be renting from him again. 11/10 experience. Highly recommend if you are looking for a clean, well-kept vehicle and seamless rental process.

Absolutely phenomenal experience! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience. From the very beginning, the hosts were incredibly communicative, professional, and responsive. Their response time was extremely fast, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. And the BMW 5 Series?! Absolutely beautiful! 😍 The car was clean, comfortable, stylish, and so much fun to drive. It drove perfectly throughout my entire trip and didn’t give me a single problem. Everything about the vehicle was fantastic, and it made getting around the Bay Area that much more enjoyable. The pickup and drop-off instructions were also very easy to follow, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. Everything was clearly communicated, and there was never any confusion about what to do. That level of organization made an already great experience even better. I truly appreciated how easy and seamless everything was with the hosts. You can tell they take pride in providing a great experience, and it definitely shows. I would absolutely rent this BMW again the next time I’m in the Bay Area, and if it’s available, I won’t hesitate to book it. If you’re considering this vehicle, BOOK IT! You can’t beat a car like this, amazing mpg, comfort and tech. This is like a new car, it was very well kept and maintained. From all the previous cars I’ve rented through Turo throughout the years this has to be the best one. Aside from a little bit of a shake at higher speeds it was great. The wheel shake is expected as these vehicles get used and abused with those little buddies called the curb.

We had an amazing experience renting this Porsche! The car was absolutely perfect, and surprisingly spacious for our luggage—everything fit really well. Emad was an excellent host: communicative, accommodating, and great to work with. The convertible absolutely made our trip. Would definitely rent from Emad again!
