This was BY FAR the smoothest transaction I have ever had when renting a car. The communication was OUTSTANDING. The price was the most affordable for our trip. I loved driving this car and someone had told me the Fiat500 had a poor safety rating and I should reconsider. The car was perfect. With gas being over $6.98 a gallon, I was able to make this a one tank trip. The car was so easy to find parking for. The car was spotless when we got it and since they have so much respect for the car and their clients, I wanted to care for the car like it was my own as well. I wish these folks had rentals all over the country because I would rent from them again in every city. Fantastic communication was the extra gift. Thank you for making this a wonderful, stress free trip. I almost chose to Uber everywhere instead of getting a rental and I’m glad I found this affordable choice that actually saved me money. With the included miles I was able to do a side quest to see Sea Lions, eat happy hour Raw oysters, buy some local coffee beans for my sister, and celebrate the wedding of a fellow cancer survivor. Thank you for being a part of a very special trip.
