The quality of the car good. Nice and clean. The pick up location was pretty far out coming from downtown SF but the price on the car was great! So I couldn't pass that up. The owner was very nice and welcome. I would definitely rent from him again.

This Tesla Model Y really helped to make our vacation great! The car handles very well and carried our eight bags and four adults comfortably. It performed well in the mountains with reliable acceleration uphill and helpful regenerative braking on the way down. The Tesla navigation system made finding charging stations stress free. Brandon and his team were great to work with. Communication was timely and effective, and he responded to my questions promptly. Pick up and drop off were easy and uneventful. I would love to rent this car again on a future trip to the San Francisco area.

FluffyAuto was very communicative and let us pick up the car early. Easy pick up at Hotel Aura and a hybrid was nice with the current gas prices.

Amazing experience! We rented this BMW for four days and absolutely loved it. The car was fun to drive, looked great inside and out, and made our trip even better. We had no issues with the car at all, and the gas lasted us for almost the entire four-day rental, which was a nice bonus. I chose the car mostly for the price but it ended up being perfect for my needs (had to move a lot of boxes and luggage). Handles great, lots of cargo space, and since it's a bit beat up already I didn't need to obsess about a minor new scuff or two, which is always a possibility when loading/unloading things non-stop even when careful. It rattles a bit on acceleration. There was a minor issue with the alarm on day 1 but Gregory was super responsive. Pickup and drop-off were easy and with clear instructions. Overall an excellent experience.
