SUV rental in San Bruno, CA

Great trip. Flexible pick up and drop off. It costs a bit more than expected to rent this car in California because it only takes premium gas, which was not clear to me before I completed to rental process. Luxury car experience for a good price, with clean car, working AC, minor dents and scratches on the car and windshield that don’t affect the driving experience at all. It was easy pickup except that the code to unlock the box was not automatically sent through turo (probably because I was on the plane in transit to SFO with no WiFi) so I had to wait and call the owners of the vehicle to get the code late at night. They answered and were helpful and apologetic that I ran into the issue. The pick up and drop off at SFO international garage G (easy to walk to from departing check in gates and after customs at SFO) was very convenient for my travel plans.

This was the best car I have ever rented. Very spacious. It is such a beautiful truck. When we valet parked at the hotel, they always kept that big beautiful vehicle up front. It was easy to drive and so comfortable. Our host Josh made the rental process very smooth. He was so helpful. Thanks so much.

Great experience. Finding the car at SFO was easy, pick up was contactless and no problem. Mike was quick to reply during the rental process. Would definitely rent from him again!

The car was amazing, clean, no weird smells or anything of concern! The parking location was easy to find and host communicated very well. My only note is that I mistakenly thought the car would be available for pickup at an SFO parking garage and instead it was located in a BART parking garage that required a short train ride to get to. Because of this I had to purchase a Clipper card for myself and my wife to ride the BART train and then pay for the round trip fees which was unexpected in our trip plans. Not being from SF, this created a frustrating start to what was ultimately an overall enjoyable trip and experience with this Turo rental vehicle. I do not blame the host as I should have done my due diligence prior to making the reservation so that I could have realized all that would all be necessary but I did not. So if I had any comment about it, I would suggest the host should make sure renters know what they are getting into so they don’t feel surprised or frustrated with additional unexpected costs relating to their Turo rental experience.

The host was friendly, the 4Runner has excellent build quality, the ride was extremely smooth. I recommend this vehicle for a rental SUV.

If you are planning a trip into the mountains, I cannot recommend this Rivian enough. It drove beautifully and felt incredibly planted and secure handling the steep canyon roads. The entire rental process was seamless from start to finish with an easy pick-up and drop-off. The inclusion of a Tesla adapter was a lifesaver, giving us total flexibility with our charging stops along the way. 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!

We rented the 2023 Chevy Suburban for our family trip to San Francisco and Yosemite, and it was the perfect vehicle for us. Having previously owned a Suburban, getting behind the wheel again felt like riding a bike. It was comfortable and easy to drive, and the kids loved having all the extra space they remembered, especially during the four-hour drive to and from Yosemite. The vehicle was very easy to locate, and the instructions for accessing it were clear and straightforward. Drop-off was just as simple, with easy-to-follow instructions that made the entire rental process stress-free. We had plenty of room for our family, luggage, and everything we needed for the trip. We would definitely rent from them again.

I was only staying in San Francisco for two days so I wanted to rent a car at an affordable price! I did some searching and ran into finding Gregory’s and Ivetta Audi Q5 2015! Perfect for me since I drive an Audi back home! The car served my purpose of driving from point A to point B and was easy to drive with- very smooth to drive with! The car was perfect for my trip mostly driving in the city. So cute and so compact. Easier to find street parking spots for this than Tesla or alike. Super easy pickup and dropoff procedures. Thank you!!

Jap was easy to communicate with during our rental process. The vehicle was like new and spotless. Beautiful ride and plenty of room for 4 adults and full size suitcases and other bags. Lots of road time, enjoyed every minute of it. Would recognize highly.

We had such a great experience! This was our first time flying into SFO, so we weren’t very familiar with the airport or the area, but everything with the rental was incredibly easy and stress-free. The car was clean, comfortable, reliable, and exactly what we needed for our trip to Calistoga for a family wedding. Communication was great, and the entire process from pickup to drop-off went smoothly. We would absolutely rent again and highly recommend!
