The pick-up location was very convenient and easy to find, which made the whole process stress-free. What truly stood out was the host. They were incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating, making sure everything was clear and comfortable for me. Communication was prompt and friendly, and they went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I actually left my walllet and he returned it to airport right away. I would definitely rent his car again and highly recommend this service to anyone looking for quality, convenience, and exceptional customer care.

Pickup was smooth, and the van ran great mechanically. No issues on our trip. Pictures should be updated as the van is starting to show its age. There are some cosmetic issues that either should be fixed or shown up front. Cracked tail light patched with tape, broken side mirror patched with a white compound, seat corner cracked. We had no issues with the van, it worked well for our family, just fyi on it getting older and cosmetically it's not like a new car.

Clean and fantastic car!! Traveled with our 2 year old around SFO and was a smooth ride. Definitely recommend! Will rent again when back!

The hosts were great with communication and responded VERY promptly to all messages. Pickup and drop-off were easy. A lever that reclines and folds down one of the seats was broken, but the car gets great mileage for a minivan. Would definitely rent from them again.

This was our first time to rent through Turo. What a great concept! It was a easy process. Read all the directions and you should be good to go. Only missed one detail. I needed to know a little more detailed info on the processes to exit the parking garage. That was my only hiccup so I still give this a 5 star. This car was absolutely amazing on gas, comfort and driving. There were 4 of us traveling all around the Santa Cruz area. Two of which are elderly. Great car. Thanks for a good experience. Pick up was super easy- the host was gracious in letting us come earlier for Pick up than stated time- this flexibility really saved us that morning. The car was clean, well maintained and just like the pictures. Only thing is the car’s suspension was low, which went unnoticed until we tried going into certain driveways. The car drove perfectly otherwise! The Toyota Corolla is one of the best models I’ve driven before, so if this model is new to you after a minute you’ll adjust- it’s so easy to drive. This car is also SUPERB on gas!!! (A huge factor when deciding on a car from Turo). Clark was great- flexible, communicative, and understanding. If we are given the opportunity we would definitely rent with him again!

Brandon is very transparent with the instructions. The Toyota Camry was easy to find at the parking lot, and the check-in process is easy to follow. Besides, he is always actively responding to my questions. The car was returned to the proper parking space after the trip. I definitely recommend travelers or locals to rent the car with Brandon.

Everything was excellent. I highly recommend this car (excellent gas mileage for a gas car and in excellent condition) and host (made everything easy for as a first time Turo user. Location at SFO much easier and cheaper than the car rental center.)
